Questo Valpolicella Valpantena Superiore - 2018 della collezione Brolo Delle Giare cresce su un terreno calcareo e ricco di sostanza organica. Ricco di potassio, calcio e magnesio, presenta un colore rosso rubino con riflessi violacei e aromi di amarene, vaniglia, cioccolato e cannella. Equilibrato, caldo e giustamente tannico, si abbina bene con carni bollite e alla griglia, oltre ai formaggi.
