Barolo Sorano, proveniente da un vigneto esposto a sud-ovest a Serralunga d'Alba, subisce una fermentazione di una settimana, seguita da 24 mesi in barriques francesi, 12 mesi in una grande botte di rovere francese e 12 mesi in bottiglia. Questo vino presenta un intenso colore rosso granato brillante, con aromi di ciliegia nera, confettura e note speziate. Al palato è vigoroso con tannini nobili e un finale elegante e avvolgente. Si abbina perfettamente con selvaggina e formaggi saporiti.

VINIFICATION:
The vinification process starts with red wine production using temperature-controlled rotary fermenters. This is followed by 24 months of aging in French barriques, then 12 months in a large 30Hl oak cask, and finally 12 months in the bottle, ensuring a well-rounded and mature wine.
TASTING NOTES:
On the nose, it stands out with notes of black cherry and jam, enriched with spicy undertones. On the palate, it is present and vigorous, with pleasant noble tannins and an enveloping, classy finish.
