Il nome 'ARIA', scelto per questo vino, significa un canto per voce solista, tipicamente in un'opera o oratorio, evocando la bellezza e la complessità singolare di questa annata. Al naso, cattura con un bouquet complesso di bacche rosse, prevalentemente more, che si fondono armoniosamente con note speziate derivanti dall'invecchiamento in legno. This isn't my first time trying Chianti Classico, but it's the first time I've had the pleasure of tasting a wine that made such a huge difference. The pairing with the Fiorentina steak was perfect.
