Fabbrica Di San Martino - Tuscany

This Rubino Sangiovese wine is exclusively bottled in magnum format and carries both Bioagricert and Demeter certifications. Produced using biodynamic methods, it is crafted without filtration or clarification, utilizing only indigenous yeasts and without temperature control, embodying the essence of artisanal winemaking.

Made only in the finest vintages, it spends 1 year in large oak barrels. Its ruby-granate color precedes an expressive bouquet of red fruits, violet, dried flowers, and subtle balsamic hints. On the palate, it offers a soft, intense body with dense tannins and a refreshing, smooth texture. The finish is medium to long, with lingering notes of licorice.
