Is it possible to pay on delivery?

FIORVINO accepts online payments through  credit card

Be sure to click "Apply" to activate it. Please note that only one code can be used per order. Remember to review the terms of the discount, such as minimum spend, expiration date, and any excluded products.

I have a discount code: how do I use it?

To use your discount code, enter it in the designated box on the cart page before proceeding with payment.

  1. Notify Us: Email support@fiorvino.com to withdraw. Include your decision and order details.

  2. Prepare and Send: After receiving the RMA number, securely pack the product in its original FiorVino box and clearly label it, then ship it to the provided address.

  3. Cover Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Receive Refund: Refunds are processed within 30 days upon receipt and inspection of the return, ensuring products are returned intact and well-sealed.

Please ship the item back promptly to ensure it meets the return window. Consider transport insurance for protection against loss or damage.

How do I return a product?

To initiate a return within 14 days:

Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled; however, you can follow our return process if changes are needed after shipping.

Can I cancel or modify an existing order?

Yes. You can cancel or modify an order directly through the 'My Account' section under 'My Orders' on our website, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

For orders within Italy, expect delivery within 48 to 72 hours after receiving the order confirmation email. For international orders, delivery typically takes no more than 4-5 business days, although this can vary by destination country.

What are the delivery times for my order?

We aim to dispatch your order to the courier within 24 hours.

Our packaging is eco-sustainable, certified Plastic Free, and fully recyclable. Our effective packaging ensures a breakage rate of only 0.003%, highlighting our commitment to both product safety and environmental responsibility.

How do you ensure the safety of my wine bottles during shipping?

We use specially designed cardboard packaging that is tested to protect the bottles from impacts.

You can adjust the quantities as needed. Once you're ready to purchase, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to fill in your shipping address. Your order will be delivered directly to your specified address via courier.
