To initiate a return within 14 days:
Notify Us: Email support@fiorvino.com to withdraw. Include your decision and order details.
Prepare and Send: After receiving the RMA number, securely pack the product in its original FiorVino box and clearly label it, then ship it to the provided address.

Yes. You can cancel or modify an order directly through the 'My Account' section under 'My Orders' on our website, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled; however, you can follow our return process if changes are needed after shipping.

We aim to dispatch your order to the courier within 24 hours. For orders within Italy, expect delivery within 48 to 72 hours after receiving the order confirmation email.
