Description of the wine

This Pinot Blanc, named Cór, is produced in the heart of the Cembra Valley, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region in northern Italy, amidst the Dolomites mountains. Here, the high temperatures and the deep, sandy, porphyry-draining soil enhance the organoleptic characteristics of this Pinot Blanc. A decisive wine, it boasts a rich aroma of white fruit (peach, pear, and apple) and flowers (rose, viburnum, and jasmine). On the palate, notes of nutmeg, cocoa, and hints of coffee define the texture and personality of an authentic mountain Pinot Blanc.
