Viàch è un Müller Thurgau Trentino Superiore D.O.C. frutto di un ecosistema a sé stante, prossimo ai 700 m slm, con suoli poco profondi, sabbiosi, ben drenati, originatisi dal disfacimento delle rocce porfiriche, caratteristiche che danno al vino freschezza e persistenza. Un luogo ameno, come i profumi dei suoi vini, che ricordano i fiori bianchi come mughetto e gelsomino e la frutta fresca di montagna come mela Renetta e pera Kaiser.

VINIFICATION:
Soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decantation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, lees aging for about 8 months before bottling, followed by bottle aging for about 6 months before selling.
TASTING NOTES:
An ecosystem in its own right, at close to 700 meters above sea level, with deep, sandy, well-drained soils originating from the disintegration of porphyritic rocks, imparts freshness and persistence to the wine. A pleasant place, much like the aromas of its wine, reminiscent of white flowers such as lily of the valley and jasmine, as well as fresh mountain fruit like Renetta apples and Kaiser pears
