Realizzata esclusivamente con le vinacce di Sangiovese Grosso del Brunello di La Togata, questa grappa è nota per la sua eccezionale morbidezza. Viene confezionata elegantemente in bottiglie nere opache che proteggono il distillato dalla luce, garantendo una conservazione ideale.

VINIFICATION:
Distilled in small, two-meter-high stills by Distillerie Bonollo in Siena, this grappa is made exclusively from the Sangiovese Grosso pomace of La Togata’s vineyards. The vineyards, located at 250-350 meters in S. Angelo in Colle, Torrenieri, and Pietrafocaia, benefit from diverse soils and optimal sun exposure. The result is a smooth and refined grappa, shaped by the unique terroir of Montalcino.
TASTING NOTES:
Crystal clear in appearance, this grappa offers a bouquet rich in ripe berries and spicy notes. On the palate, it is smooth, full-bodied, and well-balanced, with elegant fruit and spice flavors leading to a long, persistent finish.
