L'Aestus (che significa "calore e passione" in latino) Rosso Piceno D.O.C. Selezione 2019 si presenta con un colore rosso rubino con riflessi color mattone. Il suo bouquet offre un blend armonioso e complesso di fragranze primarie, secondarie e terziarie, con note primarie di frutti di bosco che si intrecciano con aromi di vaniglia, cacao e cuoio. In bocca, è un vino secco con un eccellente equilibrio e lunghezza, combinando perfettamente le tipiche note di frutta rossa con sfumature di botte di rovere. Questo vino si abbina ottimamente con carne e formaggi molto stagionati, compresi i formaggi di fossa.
